WRVB Investment Corp is designed to qualify clients on a mortgage on the front end as I believe the transition will be easier on the bank end. Once they qualify for a certain threshold we reduce the purchase price on the front and that is what they will look to purchase right away to avoid maxing out and possibly not being able to take over the property in the end. The client’s rent-to-own credits will be deposited into a trust account specifically for them to allow for a smoother transition as banks require 90 days Down payment source.

The credit monitoring will be designed by myself and a financial planner, we will also have the clients save a little more than the down payment to add to their savings to that additional month’s worth of mortgage payments.
